Custom Apparel FAQs

Whether it comes to custom embroidery, screen printing, or other custom apparel, these are some of my most frequent questions. Let's just get them out in the open!

Order Minimum

Our minimum order is just 12 pieces per design. If you need fewer, we can still help, but there are some limits on colors and placements.

Art Requirements

If you're seeking some creative magic for your project, fear not—our artist-run shop has got you covered. If you're bringing your masterpiece to the table, give our Art Requirements page a quick glance before you dive in.

Pantone Matching

Unfortunately, as a newer print shop, I do not have a way of mixing my own plastisol inks (yet). If you would like your shirt printed with a certain Pantone color, I can order the ink for your shirt. The cost will be discussed during the quote and proof process.

Product Availability

Every now and then, those trendy goods and unique materials might disappear right when you're eyeing them for your order. Typically, this vanishing act coincides with bustling times like Back To School or Music events.
Rest assured, we'll do our best to notify you if your desired product goes out of stock. Plus, I might even suggest a swap that's just as snazzy – though, fair warning, something extra may be added to the bill for the switcheroo.

Printing Over Zippers & Seams

Oh, the challenge of zippers and seams! I'm currently unable to work my printing magic over these tricky areas on garments. Curious to learn more? Give us a shout, and we'll fill you in on all the details.

Maximum Colors

I'm here to make your design dreams a reality, but as a small print shop, my screen printing press can only handle up to four colors. Don't worry; my DTF printing solutions is a fantastic alternative for intricate multicolor designs or anything with more than four colors. Contact me for more details!

Re-Ordering

I hope you are so satisfied with your order that you’ll return for more! Please email me to re-order a previous job or design, and let us know what needs to be reprinted. I will get back to you on any price changes or additional information that affects your order.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 working days. Need it faster? We offer rush service too, with a sprinkle of extra magic (and cost, of course).

Proofing

We're all about those final touches before hitting print! Once we have your artwork and product details, we roll up our sleeves and whip up a digital mock-up (or proof) of your design. After you give it the green light or offer any tweaks, we're off to the races with printing. And hey, if needed, we might even craft a physical sample for your seal of approval before diving into the main event!

Ink Choices

We primarily use plastisol inks for all our garment materials. Metalic and other specialty inks are available as well, but they come with an added cost.

Quote Process

Quotes can be quite simple. Just fill out my quote request form and email it back. Please provide details about your quantities and the number of colors used in your designs, as these affect pricing. I will review your information and get back to you usually within 2-3 business days to review your quote with you. (If you have a rush order, or your quote has special details not listed on our form, please call me!)
After pricing is approved, I will put together proofs. Once you approve them, I will collect the full payment on your order total, and it will move into the queue for printing.

Maximum Print Area

Want to know the grand size I can work wonders on for your shirts? It’s a fantastic 12x18 inches! Let your imagination run wild within those dimensions - I've got you covered!

Payment & Terms

We offer a variety of payment options, including checks, credit cards, and purchase orders. For approved accounts, we also offer net terms. When you place your order, we kindly request payment in full based on your finalized quote.

Customer Provided Goods

I am happy to provide all services for customer-supplied goods. However, we require the garments to be new and unwashed. You may be required to provide additional items to ensure I can meet your total quantity (not all shirts print to my standards). Pricing and further information are available upon request.
